How Mimir's Learning Leader went from classroom to online

My mission with Mimir's Learning Leader is to give everyone a chance to access learning and take the first step on the journey to self-development. 

There are so many courses out there and learning about yourself can also be a bit of a scary journey. 

This is why the Learning Leader is developed not to teach you everything in great detail but for you to get a taste of a bit of everything. 

This is an intro video I made in 2019 for an in-person 72hours course.

I started my career in Education, I became very aware of how fast our world is changing and we need to prepare ourselves. I involved myself in a project based on Guy Claxton’s work Building Learning Power. Learning is an imperative skill in a world of change. I also set up a Peer Mediation programme, supported the development of a school-wide online learning platform and lead the KS3 curriculum. I moved from the classroom and into the world of corporate training starting in the UK and later in China. I realised key skills which education often fails to equip us with and made coaching and emotional intelligence the core of everything I do.
